  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tamarind pulp
  • 3 tablespoons ground chipotle chile
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Dolores® premium yellow fin tuna burger meat
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 red beefsteak tomato, cut into slices
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • 1 cup arugula

  • For the dressing, heat a pot with the olive oil, add the onion, garlic, add the tamarind pulp, add the ground chipotle, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
