Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tamarind pulp
  • 3 tablespoons ground chipotle pepper
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Dolores® premium yellow fin tuna burger meat
  • 2 burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cup alfalfa germ
  • 1 red tomato, cut into slices
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • 1 cup arugula

Preparation

For the dressing, heat a pot with the olive oil, add the onion, garlic, add the tamarind pulp, add the ground chipotle, season with salt and pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
Heat a grill over high heat, add a little olive oil and place Dolores® Premium Yellowfin Tuna Hamburger Meat, cook on both sides. Remove the burger and grill the bread. Reservation.
On mayonnaise spread bread, place the hamburger meat, add the alfalfa seed, add the tomato, the purple onion, the arugula and the chipotle and tamarind dressing.
Serve and accompany with french fries.
