Tuna croquette recipe that the whole family will love. Made with canned tuna, in a breaded béchamel sauce, they turn out delicious!

50 grams butter
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon celery
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
1/2 liters cow's milk
1 cup flour
1 egg
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil, for frying
chervil, for garnish
salt

4 tuna, drained 400 grams or 500

Melt the butter and sauté the onion, then add the celery.
Blend the milk, flour, salt, and pepper; pour over the butter and let cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes; then remove and mix with the tuna and finely chopped parsley.
Shape the croquettes, dip them in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil over low heat until golden.
Arrange on a platter, garnishing each croquette with a sprig of Chinese parsley.
