Tuna croquettes with Chipotle Dressing

You will no longer have pretexts to spoil your family at lunchtime, with these super crispy tuna croquettes with jalapeño, stuffed with an exquisite mixture of cheeses such as cream cheese, Manchego cheese and Parmesan cheese, accompanied by a creamy dip chipotle .

  • 190 grams cream cheese, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, for the dressing
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 4 tablespoons chipotle chile, ground, for dressing
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for dressing
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 8 envelopes Atún Marina Azul® jalapeño
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cups white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs, to bread
  • 1 cup corn flakes, to breed, crushed
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, to fry

  • For dressing, add cheese and add mayonnaise, cream, chipotle pepper, cilantro and season with salt and pepper, mix until integrated.
  • For the filling, in a bowl mix Manchego cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mix very well.
  • In another bowl, add Marina Azul® jalapeño tuna, egg, crushed bread, white onion, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until you integrate, with the help of your hands, form croquettes and add a bit of cheese filling and close.
  • Beat the croquettes through flour, egg and bread crumbs mixed with the corn flakes.
  • In a pan over medium heat, heat oil, fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown, place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  • Serves accompanied by chipotle dressing.
