Tuna croquettes with dressing

Try these delicious tuna croquettes with potatoes, celery and egg. They are a perfect meal for children and adults. They are accompanied by a rich dressing based on catsup, mayonnaise and a spicy touch. Prepare them!

  • 1 sprig celery
  • 2 cans canned tuna in water, drained
  • 230 grams potato, peeled, cooked and crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 1/2 cups Hellmann´S® mayonnaise classic + lemon
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Jalapeño chile, chopped

  • In a bowl combine the celery, tuna, potatoes and egg. Form 8 croquettes of the same size.
  • Melt the Margarine Primavera® Cook without salt in a pan and cook the croquettes on both sides.
  • For the dressing, mix Hellmann's® Clásica + Limón with the ketchup and the jalapeños.
  • Serve the croquettes with the dressing and serve with the fresh salad of your choice.
