Tuna Croquettes with Dressing

  • 1 sprig celery
  • 2 cans canned tuna in water, drained
  • 230 grams potato, peeled, cooked, and mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 1/2 cups Hellmann´S® mayonnaise classic + lemon
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Jalapeño chile, chopped

  • In a bowl, combine the celery, tuna, potatoes, and egg. Form 8 croquettes of the same size.
  • Melt the Margarina Primavera® Cooking without salt in a skillet and cook the croquettes on both sides.
  • For the dressing, mix Hellmann's® Classic + Lemon with ketchup and jalapeños.
  • Serve the croquettes with the dressing and accompany with a fresh salad of your choice.
