4 tuna, (medallion cut)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons tomato purée
salt, and pepper
water, (necessary amount)

The oil is heated and the onion is seasoned.
Add the garlic and the pepper and let it lightly fry.
The potatoes are added, the puree and season with salt and pepper.
Water is added to cover the vegetables and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the tuna medallions and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
The seasoning is rectified. It is served with steamed rice with vegetables.
