Preparation
The oil is heated and the onion is smoked.
Add the garlic and pepper and let it sauté lightly.
Add the potatoes, mash and season with salt and pepper.
Add water to cover the vegetables and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the tuna medallions and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
The seasoning is rectified. It is served accompanied by steamed rice with vegetables.
