Panuchos are a delicious recipe; prepare these different panuchos, which are small corn tortillas filled with refried beans, fried in lard, with delicious pibil-style tuna and accompanied by pickled onions and a spicy habanero sauce.
For the marinade, blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, add the shredded Smoked Pork Loin and Dolores® Tuna along with the previous preparation, and cook for 10 minutes or until the liquid evaporates. Set aside.
Using a knife, cut the tortilla, fill it with beans, and set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the lard and fry the bean-filled tortillas, top with the pibil-style tuna preparation, serve 3 panuchos on a plate, and decorate with pickled red onions and the boiled egg. You can accompany with black habanero sauce if you want more spiciness.
