Tuna Tostadas with Guacamole

A delicious mini tostadas with guacamole and seared tuna. They are the perfect snack for a cocktail or an event. They have fresh sealed tuna and a delicious guacamole with onion and tomato that give it a very Mexican touch that you will love.

  • 1 package tostadas, small (16)
  • 250 grams fresh tuna loin
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1/2 limes
  • salt

  • Start by heating the oil in a pan over medium heat and seal the tuna on all sides, leaving it raw in the center and cooked on the outside.
  • Remove the tuna from the heat and cut into thick slices.
  • In a bowl mix the avocado cut into cubes, the finely chopped tomato, the finely chopped onion, the lemon and season with salt.
  • Assemble each toast by placing a tablespoon of guacamole on top and a slice of tuna.
