A rich mini toast with guacamole and sealed tuna. They are the perfect sandwich for a cocktail or for an event. They have fresh sealed tuna and a delicious guacamole with onion and tomato that give it a very Mexican touch that you will love.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package fried or toasted corn tortilla, small (16)
  • 250 grams fresh tuna
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 1/2 lemons
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Start by heating the oil in a pan over medium heat and seal the tuna on all sides, leaving it to be raw in the center and cooked on the outside.
Remove the tuna from the heat and cut into thick slices.
In a bowl, mix avocado cut into cubes, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, lemon and season with salt.
Assemble each toast by placing a spoonful of guacamole on top and a slice of tuna.

PRESENTATION

Serve over a green sauce.

TIPS

You can add a little chile serrano if you want a spicy touch.
