Preparation
Start by heating the oil in a pan over medium heat and seal the tuna on all sides, leaving it to be raw in the center and cooked on the outside.
Remove the tuna from the heat and cut into thick slices.
In a bowl, mix avocado cut into cubes, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped onion, lemon and season with salt.
Assemble each toast by placing a spoonful of guacamole on top and a slice of tuna.
