Tuna with Onion Cream and Panela Cheese

  • 2 tablespoons butter, Lyncott
  • 10 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 400 grams panela cheese, Reduced-fat Lyncott cut into cubes
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices fresh tuna loin, (250 grams each)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

  • Heat Lyncott butter and sauté the onion with garlic salt until it turns straw-colored.
  • Blend it with cornstarch and half of the reduced-fat Lyncott panela cheese and water.
  • Put on the heat, bring to a boil until it thickens slightly.
  • Season the tuna with pepper and salt, grill it in the pan with olive oil and drizzle with the hot sauce.
