10 green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup water
400 grams panela cheese, Reduced-fat Lyncott cut into cubes
2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices fresh tuna loin, (250 grams each)
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Heat Lyncott butter and sauté the onion with garlic salt until it turns straw-colored.
Blend it with cornstarch and half of the reduced-fat Lyncott panela cheese and water.
Put on the heat, bring to a boil until it thickens slightly.
Season the tuna with pepper and salt, grill it in the pan with olive oil and drizzle with the hot sauce.
