Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons butter, Lyncott
  • 10 cambray onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 400 grams panela cheese, Lyncott reduced in fat cut into squares
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices fresh tuna, (250 grams each)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Preparation

Heat the Lyncott butter and fry the onion with the garlic salt until it turns straw-colored.
Blend it with corn starch and half of the low-fat Lyncott panela cheese and water.
Put on the fire, let it boil until it thickens slightly. .
Season the tuna with pepper and salt, toss it in the pan with the olive oil and bathe with the hot sauce

TIPS

You can change the tuna for salmon.
