Asian Flavor Tuna Medallion

Nothing like a sweet and sour flavor in food; here I share a delicious recipe that can be made with tuna or any other fish fillet with an Asian touch using soy sauce, ginger, honey, and sesame.

  • 2 Dolores® tuna medallions
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • pinches ground ginger
  • salt, and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, and ginger.
  • Place the tuna fillets on a platter, season with salt and pepper, and add the previous mixture.
  • On a grill, cook the tuna fillet for 6 minutes on each side; the center will remain pink. If you prefer, leave it longer for a more cooked result.
