5 potatoes
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 egg
200 grams canned tuna
salt
1/2 cups oil , for frying

Boil the potatoes in 1.5 liters of water, let it boil for about 45 minutes or until they are soft.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and wait for them to cool a bit before peeling.
Place the potatoes in a sturdy bowl and start mashing them to form a puree.
Once the puree is made, add salt, the egg, the tablespoon of flour, and the breadcrumbs.
Gently mix until the ingredients are combined and add the tuna.
Place a bit of breadcrumbs on a plate.
With a tablespoon, take a bit of the potato mixture and form the pancakes.
Coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
Once fried, transfer them to a plate with paper towels to remove excess grease.
