Soft potato pancakes with tuna, perfect for the little ones' meal, it is a very rich and delicious dish to accompany with a rich and fresh salad with the vegetables that you like the most.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground bread
  • 1 egg
  • 200 grams canned tuna
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 cups oil, to fry

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in 1 liter and a half of water, let boil approx. 45 minutes or until they are soft.
Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and wait for them to cool a bit and then peel them.
Place the potatoes in a sturdy container and start mashing them.
Once the puree is done, add the salt, the egg, the tablespoon of flour and the ground bread.
Mix gently until the ingredients are incorporated and add the tuna.
Place some ground bread on a plate.
With a soup spoon take a bit of the potato mixture, form the pancakes.
Pass them through the ground bread and fry in hot oil.
Once they are fried, pass them to a plate with kitchen towels to remove the excess fat.

PRESENTATION

They can be accompanied with salad or sauce to taste.

TIPS

Spread a little oil on your hands at the time of making the pancakes, so that the mixture does not stick to you. You can add a spice of your preference if you wish. Try not to use too much oil Serve hot.
