Creamy Tuna Salad

Easy tuna salad, ideal as a Lenten recipe. It is prepared cold and it is delicious. Serve the tuna salad on crackers just before serving so they don't get soggy.

1 1/2 cups canned tuna, drained
1/4 red onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
3 tablespoons pickled chiles, finely chopped
1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
1/2 cups corn kernels
3 radishes, finely chopped
3/4 cups Mccormick® mayonnaise with lemon squeeze
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons liquid from a can of pickled chili peppers
1 tablespoon salsa, like Tabasco sauce
salt
pepper
Saladitas® saltine crackers
avocado, Sliced into the shape of a fan for a garnish
parsley, For a garnish

In a bowl, mix tuna with red onion, tomato, prickled peppers, celery yellow corn and radish.
Dress with McCormick® Mayonaise with a squeeze of lime, lime juice, mustard, the prickled peppers juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Serve the salad over Galletas Gamesa®Saladitas crackers and decorate with sliced avocado arranged in a fan shape and fresh parsley.
