Creamy Tuna Salad

Easy tuna salad, ideal as a Lent recipe. It is prepared cold and is delicious. Serve the tuna salad on the crackers just before consuming, to avoid them getting soggy.

1 1/2 cups canned tuna, drained
1/4 red onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
3 tablespoons pickled chiles, finely chopped
1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
1/2 cups corn kernels
3 radishes, finely chopped
3/4 cups Mccormick® mayonnaise with lemon squeeze
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2 tablespoons liquid from a can of pickled chili peppers
1 tablespoon salsa, like Tabasco sauce
salt
pepper
Saladitas® saltine crackers
avocado, fan-shaped, for decoration
parsley, for decoration

In a bowl, mix the tuna with the red onion, tomato, pickled chilies, celery, corn, and radish.
Dress with McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon squeeze, lemon juice, mustard, pickling liquid from the chilies, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Serve the salad on Gamesa® Saladitas crackers and garnish with fan-shaped avocado and fresh parsley.
