Creamy Tuna Salad

Easy tuna salad, ideal as a Lent recipe. It is prepared cold and is delicious. Serve the tuna salad on the crackers just before consuming, to avoid them getting soggy.

  • 1 1/2 cups canned tuna, drained
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pickled chiles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 3 radishes, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cups Mccormick® mayonnaise with lemon squeeze
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons liquid from a can of pickled chili peppers
  • 1 tablespoon salsa, like Tabasco sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Saladitas® saltine crackers
  • avocado, fan-shaped, for decoration
  • parsley, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the tuna with the red onion, tomato, pickled chilies, celery, corn, and radish.
  • Dress with McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon squeeze, lemon juice, mustard, pickling liquid from the chilies, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Serve the salad on Gamesa® Saladitas crackers and garnish with fan-shaped avocado and fresh parsley.
