Easy tuna salad, ideal as a Lenten recipe. It is prepared cold and it is delicious. Serve the tuna salad on crackers just before serving so they don't get soggy.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of canned tuna drained
  • 1/4 of piece of red onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of tomato finely chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of pickled chili pepper finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of corn kernels
  • 3 pieces of radish finely chopped
  • 3/4 of Cup of McCormick® mayonnaise with lemon squeeze
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of yellow mustard
  • 2 spoonfuls of liquid from canned pickled chilies
  • 1 tablespoon of sauce like Tabasco sauce
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of black pepper
  • enough of Gamesa® Cookies Saladitas
  • enough of avocado Sliced into the shape of a fan for a garnish
  • enough of parsley For a garnish

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix tuna with red onion, tomato, prickled peppers, celery yellow corn and radish.
    Dress with McCormick® Mayonaise with a squeeze of lime, lime juice, mustard, the prickled peppers juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
    Serve the salad over Galletas Gamesa®Saladitas crackers and decorate with sliced avocado arranged in a fan shape and fresh parsley.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the salad on saltine crackers, decorate with avocado and parsley

    TIPS
