  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cups Mayosabor Chilpotle McCormick®
  • 1/2 cups cucumber, in small cubes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 90 grams cream cheese, in thin slices
  • 1 avocado, in thin slices
  • black sesame seeds, for decoration

  • In a bowl, combine the tuna, McCormick® Chilpotle Mayosabor, and cucumber. Mix and set aside.
  • Slice the cucumber horizontally using a peeler.
  • Place plastic wrap over a bamboo mat and add a layer of cucumber, a layer of cream cheese, a layer of avocado, and a layer of tuna.Close the roll horizontally, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and cut into 2 cm rolls.
  • Serve the cucumber sushi on a board and garnish with sesame seeds. Accompany with soy sauce and McCormick® Chilpotle Mayosabor.
