Hawaiian tuna pizza

  • 2 cups S-mart® flour, for the dough
  • 3/4 cups water, warm, for the dough
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dough
  • 8 grams dry yeast, for the dough
  • 1 cup S-Mart® Tomato Puree
  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cups canned pineapple
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • S-Mart® Ketchup Sauce
  • hot sauce

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, water, salt, and dry yeast with your hands.Knead until you achieve a homogeneous consistency and continue kneading for 15 more minutes.Place in a previously greased bowl and let it ferment for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough on the tray where you will bake it, add a bit of tomato puree, Manchego cheese, tuna, and pineapple in syrup.Bake the Hawaiian pizza at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
  • Cut the pizza, serve with ketchup and hot sauce, and enjoy Lent with this tropical recipe.
