Ingredients: 2 cups S-mart® flour, for the dough; 3/4 cups water, warm, for the dough; 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dough; 8 grams dry yeast, for the dough; 1 cup S-Mart® Tomato Puree; 1 cup canned tuna, drained; 1/2 cups canned pineapple; 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated; S-Mart® Ketchup Sauce; hot sauce

In a bowl, mix the flour, water, salt, and dry yeast with your hands.

Knead until you achieve a homogeneous consistency and continue kneading for 15 more minutes.

Place in a previously greased bowl and let it ferment for 1 hour. Roll out the dough on the tray where you will bake it, add a bit of tomato puree, Manchego cheese, tuna, and pineapple in syrup.

Bake the Hawaiian pizza at 200 °C for 20 minutes.
