Blend the tomatoes along with the clove of garlic and an onion.
In a saucepan, heat a little olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion, then add the potatoes, parsley, olives, and long chilies; cook them for 10 minutes.
Mix the tuna with all the ingredients, separately mix the remaining oil with the soy, let it rest for 10 minutes, and add to the previous mixture; cook for 5 minutes.
Finally, pour the blended mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, being careful not to whisk while stirring.
Serve hot.
