  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cups ground chipotle chile
  • 2 cups canned tuna
  • 1 cup peas, cooked
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

  • In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add salt. Once it comes to a boil again, add pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix pasta, mayonnaise, cream, chipotle chile, tuna, peas, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place previous mixture on a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and broil in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve tuna casserole.
