These tuna cannelloni with cheddar cheese and chipotle sauce will become your favorites for being easy, quick, and delicious. It is a very simple recipe to prepare and its flavor is unmatched.
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, ground (for the sauce)
1 teaspoon salt, (for the sauce)
1 teaspoon ground white pepper, (for the sauce)
1 bunch parsley, (decoration)
100 milliliters vegetable oil, (decoration)

Boil water in a medium pot, when it reaches a boil add the cannelloni and cook for 5 minutes over high heat, remove from heat and drain.
Heat the olive oil in a 20 cm skillet; sauté the onion, garlic, tomato, capers, and bell pepper.
Add the Dolores® Premium tuna, sauté for 10 more minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
For the sauce, melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the flour all at once and incorporate the milk, heat over medium heat until it boils. Add the cheddar cheese, chili, salt, and pepper until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
Decoration: Heat the oil in a 15 cm diameter skillet over medium heat and fry the parsley leaves until they turn a bright green and translucent color, remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Fill the cannelloni with the sautéed Dolores® Premium tuna, place them in a medium-sized baking dish, cover with the sauce, and bake at 190 °C for 15 minutes.
Serve the cannelloni in a deep plate and garnish with the fried parsley on top.
