Crispy Rice with Tuna

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup rice for sushi, cooked
  • 1 envelope Herdez® Tuna with Chilpotle Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • avocado, sliced
  • leek, in thin strips, fried
  • black sesame seeds
  • soy sauce, to accompany

  • Mix the rice vinegar and sugar until well integrated. Pour over the sushi rice and incorporate.
  • Place the rice on a baking sheet lined with non-stick paper, forming a layer 1 centimeter thick. Then, refrigerate for 2 hours and after that time, cut into medium rectangles.
  • Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the rice squares for 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix Atún Herdez® with Chilpotle Mayonnaise and the green onion until the ingredients are well incorporated.
