Delicious Tuna Medallions

Delicious recipe for tuna medallions, easy and quick to prepare. Extremely healthy and delicious. It is so versatile that you can serve it with any side dish like steamed rice and vegetables.

  • 4 Dolores® tuna medallions
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, in cubes
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato purée
  • salt , and pepper to taste
  • water, necessary amount

  • Heat the oil and sauté the onion.
  • Add the garlic and bell pepper, sauté lightly.
  • Add the potatoes and tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add water to cover the vegetables and let simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Incorporate the tuna medallions and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
  • Adjust the seasoning.
