Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Dolores® Tuna Medallions
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped in cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, in squares
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons mashed tomatoes
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • Water, necessary amount

Preparation

Heat the oil and add the onion.
Add the garlic and pepper, sauté lightly.
Add the potatoes and the tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper.
Add water to cover the vegetables and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the tuna medallions and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
Rectify the seasoning.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with sprigs of parsley or cilantro.

TIPS

If you want a more intense flavor, substitute water for fish broth.
