Easy Cold Pasta with Tuna

This delicious cold pasta recipe with tuna is ideal for the whole family.

  • 3 cans canned tuna in water, for sautéing
  • 3 cups fusilli pasta, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for sautéing
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, for sautéing
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 can chipotle chile in adobo sauce, only the adobo
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil, for dressing
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • avocado, to accompany

  • Place the cooked fusilli pasta that we have ready in a large bowl, then mix the following ingredients: mayonnaise, mustard, and tuna, and incorporate all the ingredients well.
  • Add the red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chopped cilantro, and continue mixing the ingredients.
  • Add the red onion, celery, and the adobo from the canned chipotle and continue mixing carefully so that the pasta doesn’t break.
  • Serve the pasta with tuna on a plate and accompany with avocado.
