Cut the onion into large squares of about 2 x 2 cm (the same size as the tuna).
Season the tuna with garlic powder and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
Take a skewer and brush it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a cube of tuna, and a cube of onion, and so on until the skewer is filled, leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
Place on the grill until everything is cooked, making sure not to overcook the tuna.
