Grilled Tuna Skewers

The tuna brochettes on the grill taste delicious. With this recipe you can change the traditional grill and give them a sensational twist.

  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • ground garlic
  • olive oil
  • chicken seasoning, lemon-pepper
  • 1 fresh tuna steak

  • Cut the tuna into cubes.
  • Cut the onion into large squares of 2 x 2 cm approx. (The same size as the tuna.)
  • Season the tuna with ground garlic and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
  • Take a toothpick and varnish it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a cube of tuna, and an onion cube and so on until filling the stick leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
  • Put on the grill until everything is cooked taking care that the tuna does not pass cooking.
