Grilled Tuna Skewers

Grilled tuna skewers taste delicious. With this recipe, you can change the traditional barbecues and give them a sensational twist.

  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • chicken seasoning, pepper-lemon
  • 1 fresh tuna steak

  • Cut the tuna into cubes.
  • Cut the onion into large squares of about 2 x 2 cm (the same size as the tuna).
  • Season the tuna with garlic powder and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
  • Take a skewer and brush it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a cube of tuna, and a cube of onion, and so on until the skewer is filled, leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
  • Place on the grill until everything is cooked, making sure not to overcook the tuna.
