Preparation
Cut the tuna into cubes.
Cut the onion into large squares of 2 x 2 cm approx. (The same size as the tuna.)
Season the tuna with ground garlic and the pepper-lemon seasoning.
Take a toothpick and varnish it with oil (this will prevent it from burning). Insert a cube of tuna, and an onion cube and so on until filling the stick leaving a piece to hold. Sprinkle a little of the seasoning.
Put on the grill until everything is cooked taking care that the tuna does not pass cooking.
