Herb-Crusted Tuna

I have seen this recipe made with other types of fish and I have modified it. It is really delicious, easy, and quick to prepare, your family will surely love it, so give it a try!

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • basil
  • parsley
  • pilgrims
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped or powdered
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spearmint

  • First, we will chop all the aromatic herbs that will give our fillet a great flavor.
  • Now in a container, mix them with the necessary olive oil and add a little salt (preferably coarse) and pepper to taste.
  • Next, we will use a brush to paint the fillets as if we were painting.
  • Once you have added the mixture, let it rest for a few minutes while a griddle or grill heats up. Put a little olive oil on each side and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
