Lettuce Tacos with Tuna and Avocado Salad

If you are looking for a healthy option, but without leaving the flavor aside, prepare these incredible lettuce tacos with tuna salad and a spicy avocado dressing, which will become your favorites. The best of all is that they are prepared in just 20 minutes!

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 Habanero chiles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • 8 envelopes Atún Marina Azul® jalapeño, (74g each)
  • 1/3 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups corn kernels, yellow
  • 1/2 cups cherry tomato, In rooms
  • 2 zucchinis, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, in cubes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper

  • alfalfa sprouts, to decorate
  • lemon, at your service

  • Process the avocado with lemon juice, olive oil, habanero pepper, cilantro, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper until a smooth dressing is obtained. Reservation.
  • For the salad, in a bowl mix the Marina Azul® jalapeño tuna with the onion, the corn, the tomato, the squash, the cheese, the mayonnaise, the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the lettuce leaves with a little of the avocado dressing and add the tuna salad. Decorate with a little alfalfa germ and serve with yellow lemon.
