Ingredients: 2 avocados; 2 tablespoons lime juice; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 2 Habanero chiles; 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro; 1 teaspoon onion powder; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; salt; white pepper; 8 envelopes Atún Marina Azul® jalapeño, (74g each); 1/3 cups red onion, finely chopped; 1/2 cups corn kernels, yellow; 1/2 cups cherry tomato, quartered; 2 zucchinis, diced; 1/2 cups panela cheese, diced; 4 tablespoons mayonnaise; 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar; salt and pepper; lettuce, leaves; alfalfa sprouts, for garnish; lemon, for serving

Process the avocado with the lime juice, olive oil, habanero pepper, cilantro, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until you achieve a smooth dressing. Set aside. For the salad, in a bowl mix Marina Azul® jalapeño tuna with the onion, corn, tomato, zucchini, cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
