Lettuce Tacos with Tuna and Avocado Salad

If you are looking for a healthy option, but without leaving the flavor aside, prepare these incredible lettuce tacos with tuna salad and a spicy avocado dressing, which will become your favorites. The best of all is that they are prepared in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of avocado
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 pieces of habañero pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of White pepper
  • 8 envelopes of Marina Azul® Jalapeño Tuna (74g each)
  • 1/3 of Cup of purple Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of a grain of corn yellow
  • 1/2 Cup of cherry tomato In rooms
  • 2 pieces of zucchini cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of Panela cheese in cubes
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 2 spoonfuls of Apple vinager
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • enough of lettuce leaves
  • to taste of alfalfa germ to decorate
  • to taste of yellow lemon at your service

    Preparation

    Process the avocado with lemon juice, olive oil, habanero pepper, cilantro, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper until a smooth dressing is obtained. Reservation.
    For the salad, in a bowl mix the Marina Azul® jalapeño tuna with the onion, the corn, the tomato, the squash, the cheese, the mayonnaise, the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
    Spread the lettuce leaves with a little of the avocado dressing and add the tuna salad. Decorate with a little alfalfa germ and serve with yellow lemon.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in an extended dish and decorate with alfalfa germ.

    TIPS

    Do not prepare the tacos with much anticipation, to avoid letting the lettuce leaves get too wet.
