Mediterranean Tuna Pizza

I share with you my favorite tuna pizza recipe; it has an excellent flavor and is very easy to make. It saves you in any pinch when friends come to visit. Enjoy it.

  • 1 pizza, thin pizza base
  • tomato sauces, for pizza
  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • black olives, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • onions, chopped
  • dried oregano
  • salt
  • 300 Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 chipotle chiles, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 100 grams feta cheese, diced
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • Spread the tablespoon of mustard on the dough, then add the tomato sauce and spread it all over the dough.
  • Place the cheese on top of the tomato sauce, ensuring it is well distributed across the pizza.
  • Do the same with the tuna, onion, bell pepper, olives, and chipotle chili.
  • Add salt, pepper, oregano, and a touch of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, or until the cheese is golden.
