Obela® and Tuna Taquitos

The Obela® and Tuna Taquitos are the perfect meal when you want to watch your figure, it's a delicious preparation, low in carbohydrates, as the tortilla is replaced by Kale leaves. This recipe is healthy and very tasty.

  • 1 cup canned tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 limes, seedless
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1 dried árbol chile, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, toasted
  • 4 leaves kale, tender, without stems, washed and disinfected
  • 4 tablespoons Obela® Hummus, Chipotle
  • 4 tablespoons soybean sprout, and mixed, washed and disinfected

  • Combine in a bowl tuna, lemon juice, oil, garlic, onion, chili, and sunflower seeds; mix well.
  • Spread the Kale leaves with Obela® Chipotle Hummus, place a portion of the tuna mixture on top, and finish with sprouts.
  • Enjoy immediately!
