Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup tuna in water, drained
  • 1/2 lemon, without seeds
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1 dry chile de árbol pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seed, toasts
  • 4 leaves kale, tender, without stem, washed and disinfected
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus Obela®, Chipotle
  • 4 tablespoons soybean sprouts, and mixed, washed and disinfected

Preparation

Combine tuna, lemon juice, oil, garlic, onion, chili and sunflower seeds in a bowl; stir well.
Spread the kale leaves with Hummus Obela® Chipotle, place a portion of the tuna mixture on top and finish with sprouts.
Enjoy immediately!

Serve it in your favorite dish.

TIPS

If you do not like the Kale, you can substitute it with lettuce leaves.
