Pasta with Tuna, Broccoli, and Peppers

  • 200 grams fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 onions, cut into small squares
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • Cook the pasta in enough salted water.
  • Steam the broccoli until just slightly tender.
