It's a pasta recipe with tuna, broccoli and peppers it's easy to prepare and tastes delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams fusilli pasta
  • 1/2 onions, cut in small squares
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 red peppers, cut into squares
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Cook the pasta in enough water with salt.
Bring the steamed broccoli to a boil.
In a pan put a little oil, put the onion to acitronarse, then the pepper and finally the tuna only to be sealed. Season are soy, salt and pepper.
Add the previously cooked pasta and sauté as little as possible so that the tuna does not overcook.
