Preparation
Cook the pasta in enough water with salt.
Bring the steamed broccoli to a boil.
In a pan put a little oil, put the onion to acitronarse, then the pepper and finally the tuna only to be sealed. Season are soy, salt and pepper.
Add the previously cooked pasta and sauté as little as possible so that the tuna does not overcook.
