Potato and Tuna Croquettes with Herbs

2 cans tuna
1 egg
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
10 leaves basil
15 leaves fresh rosemary
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch garlic powder
Preparation

Place the potatoes in a pot with water to boil until they are easy to mash into a puree.
Finely chop the basil and rosemary leaves and set aside.
In a bowl, mash the potatoes (without skin) until they become a puree.
Add the drained tuna, egg, and breadcrumbs to the puree, and mix.
After mixing, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs, and incorporate all the ingredients.
Shape the mixture into palm-sized balls and flatten them a bit to form the croquette shape.
Cook in a pan with a little oil and let them brown lightly on both sides.
