Potato and Tuna Pie

If you have already tried the potato pie with ham, you will love this one with tuna and topped with manchego cheese. The best part of this recipe is that you won’t have to wait long for it to bake, as the cooking is done on the stove and you only need to put it in a baking dish in the oven for 10 minutes, just to melt the cheese. This dish will be a good option for the week, as it is economical and yields well.
