2 Tuny® tuna in water
8 potatoes
1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cups cream cheese
4 tablespoons American cheese
4 tablespoons paprika, red
2 teaspoons chives
salt, and pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes until well cooked.
Cut the top off each potato and use a spoon to create a cavity.
Prepare the sauce with mayonnaise, cream cheese, yellow cheese, salt and pepper.
Add Tuny® canned tuna, chopped bell peppers, chopped green onions and mix.
Stuff the potatoes with this mixture.
Serve hot.
