Potatoes with Tuna Filling

  • 2 Tuny® tuna in water
  • 8 potatoes
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons American cheese
  • 4 tablespoons paprika, red
  • 2 teaspoons chives
  • salt, and pepper to taste

  • Boil the potatoes until well cooked.
  • Cut the top off each potato and use a spoon to create a cavity.
  • Prepare the sauce with mayonnaise, cream cheese, yellow cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Add Tuny® canned tuna, chopped bell peppers, chopped green onions and mix.
  • Stuff the potatoes with this mixture.
  • Serve hot.
