Boil the potatoes until well cooked. Cut the top off each potato and use a spoon to create a cavity. Prepare the sauce with mayonnaise, cream cheese, yellow cheese, salt and pepper. Add Tuny® canned tuna, chopped bell peppers, chopped green onions and mix. Stuff the potatoes with this mixture. Serve hot.
