This practical and versatile puff pastry tuna pie will get you out of trouble, as by using Herdez® Vizcaína Stew with tuna, you only need to add a few extra ingredients and you'll have a delicious filling.
It's ideal for sharing with family.
For the filling: Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to a pan over medium heat and cook until softened. Then add the Herdez® Vizcaína Stew with tuna, almonds, bell pepper, güero chili, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and cook for 10 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it in the pie mold, covering the entire surface. Use a fork to prick the base, add the filling, and cover with the puff pastry, pressing the edges very well to prevent it from opening.
Prick the puff pastry again with your fork, brush with egg yolk, and bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy.
