Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped; 3 envelopes Biscayne Stew with Herdez® Tuna; 1/4 cups almonds, skinless, chopped; 1/4 cups bell pepper, canned, chopped; 3 tablespoons güero chile, chopped; salt; pepper; 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped; flour, for rolling out the puff pastry; 1 kilo puff pastry; 2 egg yolks, for brushing; parsley, for garnish

For the filling: Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to a pan over medium heat and cook until softened. Then add the Herdez® Vizcaína Stew with tuna, almonds, bell pepper, güero chili, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley and cook for 10 minutes. Let cool and set aside. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it in the pie mold, covering the entire surface. Use a fork to prick the base, add the filling, and cover with the puff pastry, pressing the edges very well to prevent it from opening.
