Rice Cake with Tuna and Tomato

Delicious semi-cold cake to eat at any time of the year, made with rice, tuna, egg and tomato omelette. A complete meal very simple to make and with a lot of flavor. Prepare it at home; the little ones will love it.

  • 500 grams rice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 leaf bay
  • 6 eggs
  • 500 grams tuna, in oil
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • salt and pepper

  • Cook the rice with 2 cloves of garlic and bay leaf.
  • Make 2 French tortillas of 3 eggs each.
  • Drain the tuna and mix it with fried tomato.
  • Mount the first layer of rice in a greased mold; over an omelette and then another tuna with tomato. Repeat this process until the mold is filled.
  • Desmolda and serves.
