Delicious semi-cold cake to eat at any time of the year, made with rice, tuna, egg omelet, and tomato. A complete meal that is very simple to make and full of flavor. Prepare it at home; the little ones will love it.
Cook the rice with 2 cloves of garlic and bay leaf.
Make 2 French omelets with 3 eggs each.
Drain the tuna and mix it with fried tomato.
Layer the first layer of rice in a greased mold; on top, add an omelet and then another layer of tuna with tomato. Repeat this process until the mold is full.
Unmold and serve.
