Seared Tuna Tacos with Chipotle Dressing

  • 4 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 4 fresh tuna steak
  • Great Value® plain salt
  • fine herbs
  • pepper
  • 4 tablespoons chipotle chile, for the dressing
  • 90 grams sour cream
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cups arugula, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cups carrot, grated
  • 1/2 cups radish, cut into slices
  • 1/2 avocados, to decorate

  • Heat a pan over high heat with the oil and seal the tuna steaks everywhere, seasoning with salt, pepper and fine herbs. Reservation.
  • For the chipotle dressing, liquefy chili, sour cream and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Slice the fillets into thin slices.
  • Heat the flour tortillas, add the tuna steaks, the carrot, arugula, radishes and finish with a little avocado.
  • Accompany with the dressing.
