4 fresh tuna steak
Great Value® plain salt

4 tablespoons chipotle chile, for the dressing
90 grams sour cream
1/2 cups mayonnaise
8 flour tortillas
1/4 cups arugula, cut into strips
1/2 cups carrot, grated
1/2 cups radish, cut into slices
1/2 avocados, to decorate

Heat a pan over high heat with the oil and seal the tuna steaks everywhere, seasoning with salt, pepper and fine herbs. Reservation.
For the chipotle dressing, liquefy chili, sour cream and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the fillets into thin slices.
Heat the flour tortillas, add the tuna steaks, the carrot, arugula, radishes and finish with a little avocado.
Accompany with the dressing.
