Stewed Tuna

I had only eaten tuna in salad, but when I got married my husband asked me to make him eat stewed tuna. I had to investigate the recipe and it turned out to be delicious and from the Port of Veracruz.

2 cans tuna
1/2 onions
serrano chiles
green olives
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil

Finely chop the onion, the tomato, the garlic, the serrano pepper and the olives.
In a pan heat olive oil and fry the ingredients, season.
Once everything is well seasoned, empty the tuna (previously drained) and stir.
Leave cooking over medium heat until it reduces the liquid and becomes drier.
