Stewed Tuna

I had only eaten tuna in salad, but when I got married my husband asked me to make him stewed tuna. I had to research the recipe and it turned out to be delicious and from the Port of Veracruz.

2 cans tuna
1/2 onions
serrano chiles
green olives
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil

Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, serrano chili, and olives.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Once everything is well seasoned, add the tuna (previously drained) and stir.
Let it cook over medium heat until the liquid reduces and it becomes drier.
