Stuffed Peppers with Tuna and Cream

  • 5 Poblano chiles, roasted and deveined
  • 3 cans tuna in oil
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 150 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a skillet, fry the tomato, onion, and tuna with a little oil. Let it cook and season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the peppers with the fried tuna and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle the peppers with the cream and top with the grated cheese. Microwave for 5 minutes. Let the cream and cheese melt.
  • Before serving, place them in the oven at 180°C for five minutes to gratinate the cheese.
