Fill the peppers with the fried tuna and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle the peppers with the cream and top with the grated cheese. Microwave for 5 minutes. Let the cream and cheese melt.
Before serving, place them in the oven at 180°C for five minutes to gratinate the cheese.
