Tuna Balls

Craving an easy snack for this Lent? Then look no further and prepare these tuna balls, which will be ready in no time. To top it off, they have a touch of Members Mark by McCormick® Lemon Pepper, the perfect flavor mix for all your dishes!

  • 3 canned tuna
  • 1/2 cups potato, cooked
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper w/lemon Members Mark by McCormick®
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® mustard
  • flour, for breading
  • egg, for breading
  • panko, for breading
  • vegetable oil
  • McCormick® Chipotle Dressing, for serving
  • lime, for serving

  • Mix the tuna, potato, cheese, Members Mark by McCormick® Lemon Pepper, egg, and McCormick® mustard in a bowl until combined.
  • Form balls with your hands, place them on a tray, and freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  • Coat the balls in flour, egg, and panko. Then, remove the excess panko and fry in plenty of oil for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Set aside.
  • Serve the tuna balls in a metal basket and accompany with McCormick® Chipotle Dressing and a squeeze of lemon.
