1 tablespoon McCormick® mustard
flour, for breading
egg, for breading
panko, for breading

Mix the tuna, potato, cheese, Members Mark by McCormick® Lemon Pepper, egg, and McCormick® mustard in a bowl until combined.
Form balls with your hands, place them on a tray, and freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
Coat the balls in flour, egg, and panko. Then, remove the excess panko and fry in plenty of oil for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil. Set aside.
Serve the tuna balls in a metal basket and accompany with McCormick® Chipotle Dressing and a squeeze of lemon.
