Tuna Beach Salad

I present to you a recipe that may seem familiar. However, everyone adds a special touch that changes the flavor of each dish. My recipe is original; I have never tried it anywhere else. I hope you like it; it’s ideal for picnics, the beach, summer gatherings, etc...

  • 2 cans tuna in oil
  • 1 can vegetables, corn, peas, and carrot
  • 150 grams deli ham, in 1 cm cubes
  • saltine crackers
  • salt, to taste
  • parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, cooked (hard)
  • goat cheeses, optional

  • In a bowl, add the two cans of tuna without the oil, add the entire can of vegetables without the water and the ham. Once you have everything together, mix until fully combined.
  • Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Peel them and cut them into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Add the previous mixture to the bowl with the other ingredients and mix perfectly.
  • Cut the crackers in half and serve.
