Tuna Cake

Now that Lent is around the corner, dare to try something different and cook this tuna cake, which is prepared with McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon juice, a combination of vegetables, and a touch of cheese; you won't be able to resist serving yourself another slice!

  • 2 cups elbow pasta, small, cooked
  • 2 cups tuna
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chives
  • 1 cup peas, precooked
  • 1 cup yellow corn
  • 1 cup carrot, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise with lemon juice McCormick®
  • 1 1/2 cups Manchego cheese
  • Manchego cheese, shredded, for gratin
  • tomato and cucumber salad

  • Mix the pasta, tuna, onion, green onion, peas, yellow corn kernels, carrot, bell pepper, and parsley in a bowl. Then, add McCormick® Mayonnaise with lemon juice, Manchego cheese, and chicken broth concentrate. Mix until well combined, pour into a baking dish, and sprinkle with Manchego cheese.
  • Bake the tuna cake at 190 °C for 30 minutes.
  • Serve the tuna cake and accompany it with a tomato and cucumber salad.
